PDF attachments

Use the generated document PDF as the attachment so the customer gets the same clean invoice, estimate, or contract the business downloads.

Reminder history

Save outbound email history by customer with sent/failed status, recipient, subject, related document, and attachment filename.

Scheduling requests

Use the scheduling API so a business website can send appointment requests into the Schedule tab for approval.

Open the document, choose Send Email, preview the template, and keep the outbound history on the customer.

Remind a customer about an overdue balance.

Use reminder templates for due today, 7 days overdue, 14 days overdue, and 30 days overdue. Reminders stop once the invoice is paid.

Approve a website appointment request.

Requests from a website form can land in 850 Work, then become a job once the business approves it.
